PURPOSE AND
PERSEVERANCE

Sweat60 was formed in 2020 during a time that our world was ever-changing and a bit shaky. Through trust and faith, the founders believed in the path God laid for them. New businesses come with challenges, but nothing could stop these women from the calling they had.

Through purpose & perseverance, Sweat60 stands strong as a business founded on faith and a desire to serve others. The owners’ mission is for every client to feel accepted, challenged, and empowered while building mental & physical strength in a supportive community.

OPERATIONS

Hi, my name is Sara McCarroll. I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful daughters. I was born and raised in the North Dallas area, and I have lived in Prosper since 2013 and absolutely love the community here! Health and fitness have always been a huge passion of mine, so much so that my major in college was Health Promotion.

I did my first 2 years at the University of Texas, then transferred and graduated from North Texas. I began teaching group fitness classes in college and have not stopped over the past 13 years.

Group fitness has allowed me the opportunity to share my passion of fitness while creating lasting relationships with participants. I have taught all formats from Aqua Aerobics, Kickboxing, Weight Conditioning, Spin, Combat boxing, Infrared HIIT yoga and Boot Camp. If I had to pick my favorite type of training method, it would be HIIT.

Opening my own studio has always been a dream of mine and I could not be more excited to finally to see my dreams come to life. This journey is an opportunity to share my passion with so many others.

I believe being healthy is far more than working out regularly; healthy to me means being physically, mentally, and spiritually well. I want to bring that philosophy to all my classes and make Sweat60 something our members looks forward to every day.

“Believe in yourself, you can accomplish so much more!”

Product & Support

Hi, my name is Kristen Weinheimer. I was born and raised in Texas and have lived in Prosper since 2008.  I am married with three children, two boys and a girl — all three were born in different states. Luckily, our daughter was born in the great state of Texas.

Throughout our many moves, I was able to graduate with an associate degree in Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University. I have always had a passion for helping others accomplish their goals and become the best that they can be no matter what life throws at them.

After working in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and rehab centers, I decided to try something different and become a certified fitness instructor. I have instructed many formats such as Kickboxing, Circuit Weight training, HIIT, TRX, Cross Conditioning, Cycling and now I am adding infrared HIIT yoga. Whether a gym setting or a podium in a dark studio, I have learned that community and having passion for what you love is the key to success in this field.

The last few years I have learned so much about myself and what I am capable of. If it were not for some life changing events, intense training, physical challenges, and inspiring people I have met along the way, I would not be the person I am today. I have also learned that stepping out of your comfort zone is a must if you are going to grow and change.

It has always been a dream to own a fitness studio and bring all the things I have learned and am passionate about to others. I want our members to leave our studio feeling empowered and knowing that nothing is impossible!

“You should never give up on your dreams NO MATTER WHAT!”
